At IT-CON, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard the personal data of our clients and visitors across our IT consulting, cybersecurity, and secure AI automation operations.
Data Overview
IT-CON provides IT support to its customers by email, WhatsApp and Slack. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number and company name.
- What you send us: messages, attachments, images and voice notes.
- Technical details needed to handle your request, such as message times and delivery status.
Usage and Marketing Policy
How we use it
- To identify you, open and handle your support request, and keep you updated on it.
- To improve our answers, including automatic answers generated by AI.
We never send marketing messages and never sell your information.
Data Sharing Partners
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us deliver support: Meta (WhatsApp), Anthropic (AI answers), Google and Microsoft (email and documents), Cloudflare (security and traffic) and Voyage AI (knowledge search). Each receives only what its role requires.
Storage Protocols
Security and retention
Your information is stored on IT-CON's server, with encrypted backups. We keep it for as long as we provide you with service, and delete it when you ask.

Your rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law you may ask to see, correct or delete your information.
Deleting your data
Email itay@it-con.co.il from your registered address, or write "delete my data" on WhatsApp. We handle requests within 30 days and delete your contact details, messages and files. Information the law requires us to keep is kept only for as long as required.

Legal Protections
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you are entitled to several rights to oversee how your information is being handled by IT-CON.
- Right to Inspect: You may view any information held about you in our database. Right to Deletion: You can demand the permanent removal of your data if it is outdated, incorrect, or no longer needed for its initial purpose. Right to Amendment: You can request that we update or rectify any data that is found to be inaccurate. Right to Stop Direct Mailing: You may ask to be removed from lists used for direct marketing at any time.
